Cambridge Technical Analysis (8 Dec 10)

See it for yourself and make your own judgement.

Support/Resistance:
The price has gone down further to $0.515. It would be another opportunity for me to add in new position. The major support will be at $0.46 and the major resistance will be at $0.72.

Indicators:
Looking at the MACD, RSI and Stochastic, the three indicators are going down. This may mean that selling momentum may be building up.

My Target Price:
I am waiting for the price to reach $0.50 to $0.505 to add in new postition.

Please note that I am using TA to position myself for long term investing and not to predict the direction of the market.

SMRT Technical Analysis (30 Nov 10)

See it for yourself and make your own judgement.

Support/Resistance:
The chart has hit the major support at $2.01 recently. If this support is broken, there is a possibility that the chart may reached $1.70. Major resistance is at $2.32.

Indicators:
For MACD, RSI and Stochastic, these three indicators are going downtrend, which is a bearish sign.

My Target Price:
I will start to accumulate at $1.70. In my opinion, this is a very good stock with strong fundamental, but I am not buying at the current price. If the price never reaches $1.70, I will not buy at all.

Please note that I am using TA to position myself for long term investing and not to predict the direction of the market.

See it for yourself and make your own judgement.

Support/Resistance:
A breakout has occured but fall back to $3.09. The chart is still outside of the symmetric triangle. We shall see whether the break out is real or not in the next two weeks. Major Resistance will be at $3.50 and Major Support will be at $2.75.

Indicators:
MACD, RSI and stochastic are showing some buying momentum.

My Target Price:
It will be a good buy @ $2.75 and a good sell @ $3.50.

Please note that I am using TA to position myself for long term investing and not to predict the direction of the market.

Cambridge Technical Analysis (17 Nov 10)

See it for yourself and make your own judgement.

Support/Resistance:
The chart has gone down to $0.535 which is just below the support of the uptrend parallel lines. The major support will be at $0.46 and the major resistance will be at $0.72. I think that there might be a big movement in the next two weeks.

Indicators:
Looking at the MACD, RSI and Stochastic, the three indicators are going down. This may mean that selling momentum may be building up.

My Target Price:
I might be selling most of my lots at around $0.70.

Please note that I am using TA to position myself for long term investing and not to predict the direction of the market.

STI Technical Analysis (14 Nov 10)

As we can see from the chart that currently the index is hitting the major resistance 1 at 3260. In my opinion, it will be hard to break this resistance at the moment. It might fall back to major support 1 at 2910 or major support 2 at 2650 before trying to break the major resistance 1 again. However if major resistance 1 is broken, the chart may test major resistance 2 at 3600.

Notice that there is a high volume for the last inverted hammar candle stick which looks quite bearish to me.

Please note that I am using TA to position myself for long term investing and not to predict the direction of the market.

SMRT Technical Analysis (19 Oct 10)

See it for yourself and make your own judgement.

Support/Resistance:
Not much different my last analysis. There is an obvious double top formation currently. In my opinion it is very bearish as the volume of the second top is much higher than the first top. I also mentioned in my last analysis that $2.01 is the first major support at the moment, and bear flag might be forming now. I am waiting for the chart to break the support at $2.01.

Indicators:
For MACD, RSI and Stochastic, these three indicators are going down, which is another bearish sign.

My Target Price:
I will be waiting for $1.70 to buy in some lots. In my opinion, this is still a very good stock with strong fundamental, but I am not buying at the current price. If the price never reaches $1.70, I will not buy at all.

Please note that I am using TA to position myself for long term investing and not to predict the direction of the market.

My Crazy STI prediction from now to end of 2010 (3 Oct 10)

As mentioned in my last analysis on july, I mentioned that STI is hitting the major resistance at the 2970 for the third time. And this time, it has finally broken the resistance and manage to hit 3100.

As we can see that possible bull flag pattern has already formed and it seems that it is quite bullish at the moment. And also we can see buy volume for the past few weeks. My crazy prediction is STI might be continue the uptrend parallel line and hit 4000 or it might break down from the uptrend parallel line and hit 2400.

S&P 500 Technical Analysis (25 Sep 10)

Just do a simple technical analysis for S&P 500. I have found that currently for short term period, S&P 500 is forming a very nice Reversed Head and Shoulder pattern. For longer term period, S&P 500 is also forming a very nice Reversed Head and Shoulder pattern. It seems that the chart is very bullish.

Seem that the chart has failed to break out from the resistance at $15. In my opinion, it might test the major support at $13.00.

Indicators:

My Target Price:
Target buy price will be $13.00.

Please note that I am using TA to position myself for long term investing and not to predict the direction of the market.
