Make a complaint call to DBS.

Last month, I have applied for CPF CIT rights entitlement and submit the form to DBS. Till now, shares are not credited into my CPF investment account. Call up DBS and the manager say never received and they cannot do anything for me. No update no anything about my application during the right issue period. How to have any confident with them next time? Lucky is just 1 lot, if 1000 lots how?
