Make a complaint call to DBS.

Last month, I have applied for CPF CIT rights entitlement and submit the form to DBS. Till now, shares are not credited into my CPF investment account. Call up DBS and the manager say never received and they cannot do anything for me. No update no anything about my application during the right issue period. How to have any confident with them next time? Lucky is just 1 lot, if 1000 lots how?

The trick is fill up your form "immediately" upon receiving the letter and send to them without further delay.

Start monitoring your investment and CPF OA account for deduction of money on the third day onwards.

If after 5th day, till no sign of deduction of money from CPF OA account, give your investment bank a call.

Hi,

I have filled up and sent out the form upon receiving it.

As ATM and internet banking cannot be used for CPF rights application, I personally feel that they are not customer/service oriented.
