Cambridge Technical Analysis (14 Jan 10)

See it for yourself and make your own judgement. Cambridge has continued to move up from $0.45 to $0.47 since my last analysis on 30 Dec 09. It may be reaching $0.60 as the first target. If that happen I will be selling all my holdings. Looking at the MACD, RSI and Stochastic, it may be not be the best time to buy in my opinion. Please note that I am using TA to position myself for long term investing and not to predict the direction of the market. Currently I am holding 25 lots of Cambridge at $0.415.

Hi ZhuKoLiang,

I am using TA for long term to determine my buy and sell price. I am not using it to determine the market direction unlike the trader. I actually used TA to position my buy price @ $0.415. If the price reaches $0.60, I will sell all.

The reasons is simple, I am primarily targetting at dividends. But if it hits my target sell price, I will gain about $0.185 per share. Cambridge past year dividend is about $0.05 to $0.06. So $0.185 is about 3 years of dividends. I will take my profit first as I am not sure what will happen in the next three years. I will use the money to buy other under valued, high dividend stocks

However if the price never hit $0.60, I will keep it for dividends. And if the price fell below $0.415, I will gather some more.
